Being loyal is a very good trait if it is with healthy scenarios, workplaces or people. But it can quickly become a poison when this soul-full trait is given to toxic dynamics or situations that just don't work for you. 

Getting your needs met is just as important as another's needs. This episode goes further into the cost of staying at all costs. I share my own experience with Business School that cost me $30,000 and 4 years of my youth where I just did not fit in.
